Therefor at Orka Interiör we offer multiple options of payment on either a day rate, hourly rate or overall project costs. Our prices are flexible and realistic to your scope of works! We endeavour to cater for every individual's vision, whilst understanding that your budget may differ to others.

Online Appointments
We offer a free 30 minute video call for the initial consultation. In this call we will briefly discuss the areas you want help with and outline some design ideas. This is a great way to start the design process.

Initial Consultation
After the initial video consultation, if you want to move forward, we will visit your home to discuss the project, design requirements and all the areas that are to be covered within the scheme in detail. We will also take this opportunity to measure up and take photos.
From this meeting we will create a mood board with design ideas, an idea of fabrics and finishes, and furniture and lighting, so we know we are on the right lines with regards to any ideas we have discussed.
A follow up virtual meeting to discuss the proposal. From here we will make minor amendments.
Note: Project that are further than 20 miles from our office location will incur a travel charge.

Let’s Get Visual Design Package
This includes the following:
Existing and proposed CAD drawings with furniture, flooring and lighting and decorations positions.
(Bespoke joinery items like media units, will be charged at an hourly rate.)
Sample trays with all final fabrics and finishes included.
Schedule with furniture, lighting and any home accessories.
We will then arrange a follow up online meeting to finalise the design.
We will then place orders for furniture and fittings and advise you of the delivery dates.

Project Management:
If you are not around or life is just too hectic, we can fully manage your project. This would include managing the relevant trades people and ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Site meetings can be arranged at additional cost.

Hand Drawn/ CGI Visuals
If you are struggling to visualise your space then let us create a hand drawn or CGI visual so you can see the proposed layout, furniture and finishes.

Additional Meetings:
If you require any additional meetings with us or feel you need a little extra attention on your project, we also work to a hourly or daily rate.
